Best Line: “A man you love treats you like that, you don’t sit around pining after him. You put on your tightest little black dress and your best pair of heels, and strut into the future.”

Worst Line: “Yeah. Porter Reese was amazing. An amazing fucking liar.”

Personal Review:
This was an ok romance which was supposed to be about forgiveness and moving on but just came across as really contrived so it was hard to really feel any emotions.

Random Ramblings:
•What a powerful intro…gave me tingles
•I didn’t expect him to be a single dad
•Their sibling relationship was funny
•I did not enjoy the subterfuge
•I was disappointed in her for forgiving him too quickly and easily. I just want some mother-effing grovel action or at least a woman with some dignity!!

•I am going to read the second book because I hate cliffhangers

Overall Feeling:

Trying too hard
